Admission Procedure

Admission Process

  • • Subject to availability of seats and irrespective of caste and creed, the school admits girls from Nursery to XI Std.
  • • Girls underage or overage beyond reasonable limit may not be considered.
  • • Admission form and prospectus can be collected from school reception.
  • • For queries contact 6377203204 / 6377204209 between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
  • • Admissions are provided under RIGHT TO EDUCATION for BPL families, disadvantaged groups, weaker sections and disabled students.

Documents Required

  • • Date of birth certificate.
  • • Original transfer certificate (T.C), Migration if from other board.
  • • School report card of preceding year (attested copy).
  • • Medical Fitness Certificate.
  • • 8 passport size photographs of the student.
  • • One passport size photo of father, mother and guardian.
  • • Address proof.
  • • Income Certificate / BPL Card / Disability certificate as applicable.
  • • Student and Parent's Aadhar Card.
  • • Caste Certificate.
  • • Note: Submit documents within a month after admission; failure may lead to cancellation.

Fees

  • • Fee can be deposited to account: 'Leeladevi Parasmal Sancheti English Medium Sr. Sec. School Vidyawadi'.

  • • Payment slip should reach the school by post before the declared last date.
  • • Carry Xerox of the payment slip on the next visit.
  • • Caution Money for new entrance: Rs. 1000/- refundable.
  • • Total school fee does not include CBSE registration & examination fees, Olympiad, Aptitude Tests, camps, picnic and tours.

Withdrawals

  • • Parents willing to shift ward from Vidyawadi should intimate latest by 31st Jan of the current academic session.
  • • For TC, submit application at least 7 days in advance in prescribed form with prescribed fees.
